What happens during an Independent Medical Examination? What can they do to hurt me after an accident?

Brad Pistotnik knows that Independent Medical Examination can be biased to help the insurance company. Brad Pistotnik has witnessed it and believes it is very sad to harm people this way. Doctors take an oath and aren’t supposed to hurt people but the doctors working for insurance companies do it every single day? Why do doctors do this? It’s very simple, to make money. Insurance companies send injured people to these Independent Medical Examiners in order to get a report that is favorable to them and mitigates the damages. They don’t want to pay you so they have the doctor write a report that is several pages long that discusses preexisting conditions that an injured person has. Anything the injured persona says is written down and twisted to help the insurance company. They Pay these doctors hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to do this for them.  Are you surprised by this? Please don’t be because Brad Pistotnik is well aware of this happening. Here is an example, an injury victim walks into the IME and the doctor asks if they have headaches in their life? The injury victims says that they have had migraines. The doctor writes down that as a preexisting condition. Do you have to take medication for those migraines? If the injury victim says yes then they may have already been on pain medication. They may be labeled by the doctor as a “drug seeker.” Seems unbelievable but this happens daily. It doesn’t matter to the doctor if you were in a bad wreck. What matters to the doctor is getting paid more money by the insurance company. The more IME’s they do, the more money they make.
